Welcome to Lake Village
In response to the CDC & Douglas County, the following will be necessary for you to access our recreation areas which include the pool, hot tub, play structure, clubhouse, restrooms, tennis and pickleball courts. (The pool is closed).
We are open 7 day a week (subject to change without notice). We are closed on Thanksgiving, Christmas & New Year’s Day.
The pool, hot tub, playground, clubhouse, restrooms, tennis courts & pickleball courts will be open daily from 10 am to 8:00 pm (subject to change without notice) Maximum of 6 people per unit at the pool recreation area.
The BBQ areas are available for use $5 per hour.
Please observe all signage and abide by all Lake Village rules and regulations.
You will be required to sign our Release, Waiver of Liability, Express Assumption of Risk, and Indemnity Agreement prior to entering all recreation areas.
Max 6 guests per pickle ball court
You may bring alcoholic beverages in plastic containers.
No music of any kind may be played in the recreation areas, except for the 4th of July.
You may be asked by staff to exit the areas with or
without cause for safety and or capacity reason
