Rules and Regulations to assure everyone’s enjoyment.
LAKE VILLAGE FIRE DANGER: EXTREME
CIGARETTES: Never discard cigarette butts anywhere on the premises. Extinguish them completely and dispose of them properly. All forms of smoking are prohibited in the recreation areas. Designated smoking area is located in front of the Clubhouse next to the kiosk.
GRILLS: Gas, propane, pellet and electric grills only per manufacturer grill requirements. No charcoal barbecues or camp fires are permitted at your town home or anywhere in Lake Village.
PARKING: Limit two (2) vehicles per unit for outside overnight parking. Please check in at the Clubhouse to get a parking permit. You can park only in your designated parking space and one guest space (unmarked). Additional vehicles can park at the Public Parking Garage located at 175 Hwy. 50, Stateline, NV for up to 72 hours with no charge. If you arrive after we close please check in the following day when we open after 10a.m.
No Boat, Trailer or RV parking is allowed! Thank you for reading!
SPEED LIMITS: Please observe posted speed limits and be aware of speed dips located throughout Lake Village.
Be BEAR aware and secure your trash!
Leave NO trash outside the bear-proof container! Call the office if your bear proof container is full and break down your boxes.
TRASH: All trash MUST BE BAGGED and deposited into the bear-proof containers marked for your unit. Make sure clasp is secure. Please bring any extra trash that doesn’t fit into containers to the maintenance yard. If you need assistance, call the office at 775-588-4840 during business hours or leave a message.
PETS: Pets are ALWAYS required to be on a LEASH. Pet owners must clean up their pet’s solid waste and dispose of properly. Pets are not allowed in the recreation areas.
QUIET TIME: Hours are from 9:00 pm to 8:00 am. Please do not disrupt the peace and quiet of residents and other visitors during quiet time hours.
NOT ALLOWED: No skateboarding, rollerblading/skating, snowmobiling, sledding, skiing, snowboarding or scooters are allowed anywhere in Lake Village. Safety First!
