The Association was incorporated as a non-profit corporation on July 25, 1970, in the State of Nevada. The Association is responsible for the management, maintenance, preservation and architectural control of the common areas and exterior of the units within the Association. The Association consists of 326 developed units and 3 lots located in Zephyr Cove, Nevada.
