Purpose, Mission, Responsibilities
The Personnel Committee makes recommendations to the Board of policies and procedures to govern the interactions with the Association’s paid staff. The Committee recommends compensation and benefit levels applicable to the staff, and ensures that procedures are in place to maintain all required personnel records. The Committee is charged with ensuring that our compensation and benefit levels, and personnel practices are competitive with area industry standards.
