Purpose, Mission, Responsibilities
In accordance with procedures established be the C, C, & R’s, the Nominating Committee solicits nominations for elected positions on the Association’s Board of Directors, and is responsible for conducting a secret ballot vote of the membership to determine individuals properly elected to the Board.
