Long Range Planning Committee
Purpose, Mission, Responsibilities
In conjunction with a retained certified Long Range Planning Specialist, the Long Range Planning Committee makes recommendations to the Board for the orderly maintenance and replacement of Association common elements and physical property, and the maintenance of Reserve Funds to meet those planned replacements.
