Legal Committee
Purpose, Mission, Responsibilities
The Legal Committee provides interface between the Board and the Association’s retained General Counsel. The Committee reviews the status of pending legal matters, and makes recommendations to the Board regarding presentation of matters under consideration for possible litigation to the Association membership. The Legal Committee administers the Association’s Dispute Resolution process.
