Finance Committee
Purpose, Mission, Responsibilities
The Finance Committee recommends policy and procedures to the Board to provide for the orderly management of the Association’s financial affairs. It develops a proposed annual budget for review by the Board and approval of the Association membership, and makes recommendations for authorized expenditure approval levels to the Board. The Committee makes investment recommendations to the Board to insure the safe and productive deployment of the association’s Reserve Funds.
