Purpose, Mission, Responsibilities
The C, C, & R Committee makes recommendations to the Board for presentation to the Membership of revisions to the Associations governing documents (By-Laws, C,C, & R’s, and Policies) to ensure that such documents are in compliance with NRS 116, and that they are consistent with each other. These documents collectively provide the basis for the orderly interaction of the Association Staff with the membership, and various interactions within and between the membership.
