Purpose, Mission, Responsibilities
Established to preserve the appearance of the Lake Village community, and to assist in protecting the values of Lake Village properties, the Architectural Committee recommends standards for materials and colors to be utilized in Lake Village, subject to approval by the Board or Membership as required by the C, C, & R’s. Owners wishing to make changes to their structures or immediate area landscaping are required to submit an application to the Architectural Committee for review and recommendation to the Board for approval.
