NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEMBERS MEETING

Lake Village Homeowners Association, Inc. will hold a Special Members Meeting on Saturday, February 27, 2010 at 9:00 a.m. in the Clubhouse.

 The purpose of the Meeting is for the Members to ratify the Fiscal Year 2010-11Budget which was approved by the Board of Directors at its Meeting on January 16, 2010, and to consider two other matters requiring membership approval. 

 NRS 116 requires that a Budget be approved prior to the start of the fiscal year (April 1, 2010).

NOTICE OF BOARD MEETING

The Lake Village Homeowners Association Board of Directors will hold

a Special Board of Director’s Meeting on Saturday, February 27, 2010, immediately following the Special Member’s Meeting, in the Clubhouse.

Members will receive a copy of the draft minutes. Members have the right to receive additional copies upon request. The Association may charge for additional copies.

Members have the right to speak at the Board Meeting only during the Members Forum and for a maximum of 3 minutes each.
