Subject:                   Lake Village Drive Roadwork - Delays

Dear Lake Village Homeowner,

Douglas County has resumed construction of EIP #679 Phase 2 on Lake Village / Echo Drives opposite the Sierra Colina property, from the Middle School area down to the Lake Village Professional Building area.  They are excavating the Lake Village Drive roadway to install large concrete drain piping and expect that the work will take approximately 4 weeks.  There will be temporary road closures during the daytime hours with traffic control attendants holding traffic, but they plan to refill and temp patch the road at the end of each day.

Please plan for the possible delays and use caution in the construction areas.
