THE 2011 SEAL-COAT PROJECT START DATE HAS BEEN POSTPONED AGAIN FOR ONE ADDITIONAL DAY TO NOW BEGIN ON TUESDAY, MAY 24, 2011 DUE TO PREDICTED INCLEMENT WEATHER.
