NOTICE OF BOARD MEETING

The Lake Village Homeowners Association Board of Directors will hold its regularly scheduled Board of Director’s Meeting on Saturday, January 15, 2011 at 9:00 a.m. at the Lake Village Clubhouse.

Members will receive a copy of the Draft Minutes. Members have the right to receive additional copies upon request. The Association may charge for additional copies.

Members have the right to speak at the Board Meeting at the first Members Forum regarding agenda items only, and at the second Members Forum regarding any other matters, for a maximum of 3 minutes each.

NOTICE: The Board will be considering the proposed

                   2011-12 Fiscal Year Budget, the Annual 

                   Assessment and Separate Assessments for

                   Painting and Insurance at this meeting.
