Dear Lake Village Homeowner,

It's that time of year again when we need to request that you take the proper steps to winterize your unit.
Please find the Unit Checklist attached to this email, which has been modified to include a couple tasks that were brought to our attention by our insurance company in the last year or two.

We are including a blank Security Sheet for you to provide us with your updated contact telephone numbers, emergency contact, etc. and a also copy of our snow removal procedures. Please provide the snow removal procedure to anyone who may be unfamiliar with it, i.e. tenants, guests, relatives, rental agency, service providers, etc.

Please return your completed Unit Checklist no later than October 31st - please also see the attached Service Providers list. You can fax the completed form back to 775-588-7590 or as an attachment to an email to lvhao@lakevillage.com
